I would highly recommend Mary Angela Kane for anyone looking at houses in the Delaware County area. She knows a lot about the area, and she will go out of her way to show you a house on your schedule. She's very knowledgeable about how houses work, which was great for me since i knew very little about different heating systems and so on. She'll guide you through the whole buying process and fill you in on anything you might not fully understand. She really enjoys helping people find their new home!
